CANNIBAL CORPSE: "Torture" First-Week Sales Revealed Torture, the latest studio album from American death metal icons, CANNIBAL CORPSE sold approximately 9,594 copies in the United States in its first week landing the band at #38 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart, making it the highest debut in CANNIBAL CORPSE history! Torture landed at #7 on the Billboard Top Independent Album Chart, #4 on the Billboard Top Hard Music Albums chart and #32 Billboard Top Current Albums Chart. In Canada, Torture ranked in at #29 on the Top 200 Current chart, #2 on the Hard Music chart and #90 on the Digital Album chart. The record also slayed all in its path overseas, entertaining the German and Austrian Top 100 charts at #40, the German MSH charts (Media Markt and Saturn stores) at #33, Switzerland's Top 100 chart at #72, Sweden's Top 100 chart at #37, and Denmark's Top 100 chart at #84. Torture sold 1,215 units in its first week in the UK and ranked an astounding #5 on the UK Metal chart, #18 on the UK Indie chart and #126 on the UK Top 200 chart.
