NEAERA finish recordings for new album "Forging The Eclipse"!
German Extreme Metallers NEAERA have finished recordings for their anticipated new long player Forging The Eclipse!
Comments the band: "We are very, very happy and proud to announce that after almost four weeks in the studio, the recordings for our next full length are finally finished!
The recorded material will be sent to Antfarm Studios, Denmark, this week to receive the finishing touches in the mixing and mastering process, which will be conducted by none other than Mr. Tue Madesn himself.
As promised, we will upload some small clips from the studio to give you guys an impression of how the recordings went.
The clips will be uploaded to our new Neaera OFFICIAL Facebook site. Please search for NEAERA OFFICIAL on Facebook and become a fan to get the latest updates."
The drum tracks for the album were laid down at Stage One Studio with Andy Classen, while the rest of the recording process was overseen by Alexander Dietz. The mixing/mastering will be handled by Tue Madsen (HEAVEN SHALL BURN, DARK TRANQUILLITY, MOONSPELL).

NEAERA busy recording new album! Announce album title!
German Extreme Metal Champs NEAERA just released their last album Omnicide mid last year and played the Hell On Earth tour and loads of single shows to support the record. No rest for the wicked, the band spent the last few months writing new songs and rehearsing them to the max to be well prepared before entering the studio.
Here´s a recording update from the band: "As promised, here's a quick update on the recording process for you guys! Sebbes and Toby just returned from hammering home the drum tracks at Stage One Studio, where they teamed up with producing guru Andy Claassen. For the rest of us, the recording process will start next week when we'll head to Saalfeld to work on the guitar, bass and vocal tracks with our friend Ali Dietz from Heaven Shall Burn."
The new record is due to be released on October 22nd via Metal Blade Records. It will be entitled Forging The Eclipse!
Furthermore NEAERA will be filming studio and concert footage over the course of the next two weeks, and this footage will be made into what will be one of hopefully many NEAERA web episodes!
