BORN FROM PAIN announce drummer change!
European Metalcore squad BORN FROM PAIN has announced their new drummer.
“We are happy to announce that Igor Wouters (ex-Backfire!) wil be joining BORN FROM PAIN from April onwards. We have been practicing together and came to the conclusion that we are all looking forward to touring and writing a new record together. We are very enthusiastic about the addition of Igor since he is a very talented drummer, songwriter and a good guy. Roy has decided that it is time for him to move on and broaden his horizons. He will be taking a break from heavy music and do different musical things. Serch from The Setup will be helping us out during March on the drums.”

BORN FROM PAIN singer Rob undergoes another eye surgery!
[02/07/09] Bad news for BORN FROM PAIN singer Rob, who had to go to hospital for another eye surgery. Here's the update straight from the band camp:
"What's up everybody! Most of you might have heard about Rob's eye operation. After a seemingly successful recovery, Rob returned to tour two weeks ago. However, due to his eye problem returning, he had to drop off tour last week to undergo surgery again.
"Rob will not be fronting the band this weekend in Eindhoven and the upcoming July shows.
"However, Born From Pain will be playing every show this month with a substitute singer except for Vainstream, which we had to cancel. As it looks now, we will return to full strength as of August.
"Rob would like to thank everybody for their support during the last five weeks!"
BORN FROM PAIN – Persistence Tour Dresden show moved to bigger venue!
[03/12/08] Once again the Persistence Tour @ Alter Schlachthof Dresden is completely sold out one week in advance of the tour. Like last year the tour will move to Messehalle Dresden! Means we'll have Europe's biggest HC show in 2009 again at hardcore stronghold Dresden! Get ready for a big party kids! And don't forget that we'll have 10 bands playing. Doors open is @ 4 p.m!
