VALKYRJA to team up with GORGOROTH and VADER for European tour!
 Swedish Black Metallers VALKYRJA will team up with Gorgoroth and Vader for a full European tour in November this year.

Comments the band: “After last year's crusade under the banner of Massive Music alongside Marduk and Ragnarφk, we feel yet again honored to collaborate with Massive Music on this year's "Under the Sign of Hell Tour" to contaminate Europe in even greater extent, this time with Vader and Gorgoroth. This will also mark the final step of the "Contamination" album before we'll draw back to set our focus on the future.”

Swedish Black Metallers VALKYRJA to team up with MARDUK for European tour in September!
 Swedish up and rising Black Metal band VALKYRJA will tour Europe in September with fellow countrymen MARDUK.

VALKYRJA released their second album 'Contamination' in January of 2010 via Metal Blade Records. Metal Blade also re-issued the band's debut album 'The Invocation Of Demise' in 2009. Both albums prove the immense talent of VALKYRJA to create grim yet melodic Black Metal with memorable melodies. Both albums have been produced by Tore Stjerna at the infamous Necromorbus studios in Stockholm, Sweden.

Valkyrja busy recording new album! Re-issue of debut out in just a few weeks!
 On the 22nd of June, Swedish Black Metallers, Valkyrja, started recording their second album in Necromorbus Studios with studio owner, Tore Stjerna, at the helm.

Comments the band: “The procedure will span throughout the summer and be available in pressed form in late 2009 / early 2010 through Metal Blade Records - if no greater harm is done to the schedule. As for now there are no further details available. Nothing more will be written until everything is completed and an entry including all information and alike will follow.”

The band’s debut album, The Invocation Of Demise, will be re-issued with a new booklet and cover art through Metal Blade Records on July 21st.

 Swedish black metallers, VALKYRJA, have posted the new artwork for the re-issue of their debut album, The Invocation Of Demise! The whole booklet has been re-designed!

The Invocation Of Demise was originally released through Northern Silence Productions in 2007 but is now out of print.

The Invocation Of Demise was recorded at Necromorbus Studios (Watain, Destrφyer 666, Razor Of Occam) in March and April of 2007. The band is currently busy writing and rehearsing new songs for their second full-length. VALKYRJA plan to record at Necromorbus studios once again.

The re-issue of The Invocation Of Demise is set for July 7 in North America.
