MALEFICE to tour the UK with Arch Enemy in November
MALEFICE have been added to the monstrous Arch Enemy UK tour which kicks off in Manchester on November 23, 2010. It is Arch Enemy's only UK shows this year and as well as Malefice the bill also features Grand Magus and Chthonic.
Vocalist DALE BUTLER comments:
"We've spent a lot of this year in mainland Europe so as soon as we were asked to go out with Arch Enemy we snapped it up. We were reminded at Sonisphere why British crowds are renowned all over the world for being the best, so we can wait to get out in front of you lot again!"

Malefice premiere new video for “Architect Of Your Demise” on MetalInjection.net!
It’s been a huge year for England’s Malefice. They’ve been to India to perform for thousands of insane Indian metalheads and documented the trip HERE and HERE, played at Bloodstock ’09, toured Europe relentlessly and released their Metal Blade debut album, Dawn Of Reprisal. The Brits aren’t quite done yet as they have finished work on the video for one of the best tracks from the record called Architect Of Your Demise. Our friends over at MetalInjection.net will be premiering this video exclusively starting on Thursday, December 3rd. The video was directed by Scott Fulton and Eyesmash Productions. Malefice added to Hammerfest II and contribute tribute track to Dimebag on Metal Hammer 200 CD
Malefice have been added to next year’s Hammerfest II bill along with Rise to Remain, Warpath, Conquest of Steel, Echovirus, Man Must Die, Sondura, No Made Sense, Cars on Fire
They join a bill that already includes a spring exclusive performance from DevilDriver, a UK exclusive show Iced Earth, Skindred, Napalm Death, Epica, Dark Funeral, Akercocke, Orange Goblin, Panic Cell, Shining, Belligerence, Attica Rage, Godsized, Zico Chain, Huron, Hellfighter, Isolysis, More I see and Marshall Law.

Malefice have also been in the studio to record a cover of Pantera’s “I’m Broken” for a very special tribute to Dimebag CD which will come free with METAL HAMMER’s upcoming 200th issue which is due to hit the racks on December 16, 2009.
They join UNEARTH, Machine Head, Chimaira, Zakk Wylde, 5 Finger Death Punch, Sylosis, Biohazard, Evile, Throwdown, This Is Hell, Kiuas and more contributing tracks in honor of Dimebag Darrell Abbott who was tragically shot dead on stage in December 2004.

Malefice video footage from India has been posted!
The UK’s Malefice recently had the privilege of travelling to New Dehli, India. They played for thousands of pumped up metal fans at the annual Rendezvous Festival. As always, the band went with cameras rolling so fans can get a glimpse inside of what he trip was like. Check out part 1 of the video on their myspace HERE.
Malefice comments: “This is the first video from our trip to India. We had an amazing time, saw some incredible things and met some incredible people. Malefice add Halloween headline show; to play New Delhi, India this weekend
Malefice have added a headlining show on Halloween, October 31, 2009 at Retributions in Leicester. Prior to this, the band is heading to New Delhi, India to headline the metal day ‘Blitzkrieg’ at the annual week long Rendevous Festival on September 26, 2009. Malefice film video for “Architect Of Your Demise”; confirmed for Hellfire festival and Behemoth, DevilDriver tour
Malefice have finished filming a video for Architect Of Your Demise from their Metal Blade debut, Dawn Of Reprisal. The video will be available everywhere soon, but for now fans can see the “making-of” video on their myspace page HERE.
Malefice elaborates: “Although shooting this video nearly killed us, Scott Fulton and Eyesmash managed to make the punishing schedule they set out fun to do. Our last video had a very nice, artsy intro but this time we're making something that’ll kick you in the head from the start. It’s brought the focus back, to show people that haven’t already seen us live what to expect. No nonsense, balls to the wall metal that doesn’t fuck about!”
In other news, Malefice are one of the latest additions to the Hellfire Festival at Birmingham NEC from November 6th-8th, 2009. Other additions include: Trigger the Bloodshed, Bury Tomorrow, Cinders Fall and No Made Sense for this year’s Metal Hammer-sponsored event.
These up-and-coming British heavyweights are joined by Saxon, My Dying Bride, Fields of Nephilim, Viking Skull, October File, Sacred Mother Tongue, Benediction over three hard-rocking stages. Loads more bands will be confirmed soon.

Malefice and Darkness Dynamite confirmed for Bloodstock 2009
MALEFICE and DARKNESS DYNAMITE are the two latest Metal Blade bands to be confirmed to appear at Bloodstock 2009. They will join label mates The Rotted, Anterior and Amon Amarth along with a host of others.
Both bands will appear on the Sophie Lancaster stage, which is poignant as Malefice’s DALE BUTLER explains:
“We’re delighted to be asked to appear on Bloodstock 2009. We’re even more honoured to be a part of the Sophie Lancaster stage, as the disgusting nature of her death is something I speak about on the track ‘Sickened’ on our latest album ‘DAWN OF REPRISAL’. Sophie was killed because of the way she looked, and at the end of the day this is no different to being killed because of the colour of your skin or your religious beliefs. We hope this will be an ongoing tribute to Sophie, and support Bloodstock in their efforts to stamp out mindless hatred and hypocrisy where ever it may be!”

Malefice just completed a trek across the UK with label mates The Rotted & Anterior. While on the road they (for better or for worse) kept the cameras rolling to capture what life is like on the road.
