DESTROY DESTROY DESTROY
"Devour The Power"
RELEASED: 09.05.2006
Destroy Destroy Destroy are the real deal in metal and Devour the Power might as well be the soundtrack to Braveheart or Lord of the Rings. They play an epic, catchy style of dragon-slaying, Viking-metal. They have nothing to do with the latest trend, silly haircuts or the metalcore scene.

Birthed in the backwoods and raised on a steady diet of Iron Maiden, Metallica and Judas Priest (and probably some country music) while growing up, the group rock long hair and beards because that is simply what they are about & we are pretty much convinced none of these guys own shirts with sleeves.

Hailing from Murfreesboro, TN (outside of Nashville), their sound consists of elements of early thrash metal bands of the 80's and 90's (Pantera, Metallica, Slayer) to the current sounds of the Scandinavian melodic death metal bands of today (Children of Bodom, Arch Enemy).

Picture a combination of some of the best elements of Children of Bodom, Hammerfall, Dragonforce, and Symphony X. There are tons of shredding guitars, huge keyboard interludes, battle-cries & spoken-word orations of fantasy, battles, beasts and lost worlds, and of course, there are bullet belts. Coupled with the fact that vocalist, Bryan Kemp wears a G-string & gauntlet on stage and resembles He-Man in Adam form, DDD are an entertaining and captivating metal experience both on and off record.

Destroy Destroy Destroy's brand of Metal Metal Metal has won over many diverse audiences. The band has performed alongside the likes of such acts as Converge, Every Time I Die, Dying Fetus, Origin, Bleeding Through, Mastodon, Himsa, The Showdown, Pelican, Big Business, The Red Chord, Cryptopsy, Death by Stereo, Love is Red & The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza to name a few.

In short, Destroy Destroy Destroy plays some medieval shit. Look for the band to be on tour throughout the rest of 2006 and into 2007.
