Das holländische Death Metal-Kommando HAIL OF BULLETS hat die Gewinner seines Karaoke-Wettbewerbs, der vor zwei Wochen endete, bekannt gegeben. Mitmachen konnte jeder und seine eigene Version von Operation Z, dem Opening Track ihres aktuellen Albums On Divine Winds, welches die deutschen Albumcharts bis auf Platz 75 stürmte, einsenden.
Auf dem ersten Platz gelandet und somit Gewinner eines Meet & Greets mit der Band an einem ihrer Konzerte inkl. einer Fanbag (CD, Shirt, Drumsticks, Guitar Picks) und der Gelegenheit, das Stück Operation Z während der Zugabe des Gigs live mit der Band zu performen, ist Tom Zorn aus Deutschland. All the main ingredients of our blood 'n' guts style death metal have remained intact and I honestly can't imagine anyone that liked our previous work is going to be the least bit disappointed… on the contrary!"

Die niederländischen War Death Metal Herrscher HAIL OF BULLETS haben ein Update über den Status der Aufnahmen zu ihrem heiß ersehnten zweiten Longplayer gepostet. Check it out!
"So we are almost finished with the sessions for the new Hail of Bullets studio album. We've been pretty busy these past few months, especially Ed who was and still is working his ass off handling all recording and editing chores. But we're not too far removed from finishing all the work! Martin will do vocals in a few weeks at Excess studios where we also recorded the drums last month. Everything else was recorded at Ed's home studio, the aptly named Warbunker. Mixing and mastering will once again be in the capable hands of mister Dan Swanö, crushing heaviness guaranteed!
We'll be posting some choice footage of the metallic proceedings for your viewing pleasure on our MySpace and YouTube channel shortly."

[08.07.09] Die holländischen Death Metaller HAIL OF BULLETS ziehen mit 'Warsaw Rising' erneut in den Krieg und veröffentlichen eine EP, welche zwei brandneue Songs, eine Coverversion und drei Liveaufnahmen enthält!
Die neuen Songs sind 'Liberators', eine rumpelnde Ode an einen der prachtvollsten Bomber, welcher je gebaut wurde, sowie der Titelsong, welcher sich mit der tragischen Geschichte des blutigen Aufstands in Warschau 1944 befasst. Ein gewaltiges Cover des Twisted Sister Klassikers 'Destroyer', sowie drei Songs des vernichtenden Auftritts beim letztjährigen Party.San Open Air vervollständigen das heisse Sextett!
